Southwest Wastewater Pump Station and Force Main RFP
Construction of the Southwest Wastewater Pump Station and Force Main will be received by Harnett Regional Water. The project consists of one (1) contract with two (2) sections. Section A includes the upgrade of the existing SLS #57 sewer pump station including headworks modifications, replacement of two (2) existing 100 HP submersible pumps, new lime feed system, and electrical, SCADA, and controls. Section B includes the installation of 26,220 LF of 20” sewer force main, and all appurtenances. The project shall include all sitework, piping, fittings, valves, appurtenances, and other items required.

Blossom Way Sewer Main Construction RFP
The project consists of installation of approx. 15,500 LF of sanitary sewer main, ranging in size from 8" to 36" dia., with trenching depths ranging from 6' to 20'. Installation methods shall mainly be open cut, with some sections installed by auger bore or pipe bursting methods. Manholes and diversion boxes will be epoxy lined. Also includes 15 LF of 8" PVC SDR-26 sewer line 8' - 10' depth; 1003 LF of pipe bursting trenchless replacement of 8" PVC main with 12" HDPE DR17 main.

The work to be done under this contract includes, but is not necessarily limited to, installation of approx., 4,000 LF of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining in existing 8" through 15" gravity sewer mains and geopolymer lining of approx., 24 existing sewer manholes, together with sewer cleaning, CCTV inspection, temporary bypass pumping, traffic control, pavement restoration, and all appurtenant work required to complete the improvements.
