107-26 - Purchase of Hauling and Disposing of Water Plant Residuals Re-Bid
The City of Cleveland seeks sealed bids for a two-year requirement contract to haul and dispose of residuals from the Crown Water Works Plant and, in emergencies, other water treatment plants. The bid schedule includes liquid-residual hauling and disposal, emergency-service premiums, and allowances for landfill disposal and microcystin testing; polymer chemicals are addressed separately under the authorizing ordinance as a sole-source purchase from Polydyne, Inc. A non-mandatory virtual pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 1, 2026, and sealed bids must be delivered by noon Eastern on October 22, 2026.
