Purchase of Alfalfa Hay for Elkhorn Wildlife Area
The State of Oregon, acting through the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife, is issuing an open-market Invitation to Bid to establish one or more contracts for quality, weed-free alfalfa hay for 2026. The hay will be used to feed wintering elk in Baker and Union Counties and distributed from ten feeding sites. Bidders must grow the hay within 150 miles of the Elkhorn Wildlife Area, with delivery or pickup required by September 30, 2026, and bids due August 31, 2026.
