PURCH - 2026 - 56 (Motor Grader Rental)

Description: The rental of two motor graders from qualified and insured companies, herein called Bidder/Supplier/Contractor. The City may rent a third motor grader if the need arises. All necessary personnel, supervision, materials and equipment to be provided by the Bidder and prices included in the bid should reflect the same. Each item will be awarded independently. Contractor is not required to bid on both items, though it is permitted. The bid will be awarded independently based on the pricing for the first and second motor grader rental. Pricing for the 3rd motor grader rental shall be taken into consideration if the City decides to rent a third motor grader.
