The Tarrant Regional Water District is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide engineering services for chemical improvements at the Richland Chambers Lake Pump Station. The selected firm will help develop a comprehensive project scope, with the final scope to be negotiated with the District. Submissions must not include fee estimates, pricing, or billing rates, and a non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled before the October 20, 2026 submission deadline.

Project includes the installation of a new pump station facility that will include an engineered metal building with a bridge crane within the pump room, an electrical room, as well as a new restroom and necessary ADA facilities. The pump station will be designed as a 2+1 pump operation to deliver up to 23 MGD. The project also includes a two-million gallon ground storage tank and the procurement of electrical substation equipment.
