Pullman NHP - Renovation and Build-out

Description: Provide renovation and build-out. Work will consist of providing all labor, materials, tools and other equipment necessary to build-out the second floor to enhance NPS ability to provide education and community outreach programs and support NPS with additional office space. Other improvements include: Elevator installation within existing white box shaft to serve all 3 levels; expand HVAC to all 3 levels; restrooms for assembly, storage and business occupancies; Finishes including flooring, acoustical ceilings, painting, doors, audio visual systems, computer network wiring, lighting, electrical, fire alarm, and fire sprinkler modifications.See attached file.
