Public Safety Center - Bid Package 2

Description: The Christman Company is the Construction Manager for the new Public Safety Center for Antrim County in Bellaire, Michigan. The project will provide a new facility for Antrim County public safety operations and detention/corrections areas. A previous project manual was Bid Package 1 and pertained to the "make ready" work including excavation/earthwork, asphalt, site concrete, sanitary relocation, and electrical relocation associated with the existing jail and North Courthouse parking lot. Bid Package 1 also included the early procurement of a detention equipment security electronics contractor, and a pre-engineered metal building. This project manual is Bid Package 2 and pertains to the balance of the project's scope including earthwork, asphalt, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, walls \& ceilings, doors, windows, general trades, interior finishes, exterior finishes, structural steel, roofing, etc., for a complete project.
