Description: The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Office of Multi-Family Housing, intends to award a sole-source contract to the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) for ASTM license subscriptions. The subscriptions will provide HUD staff with continued online access to current standards used to review environmental, radon, asbestos, property condition, and related reports supporting FHA multifamily mortgage insurance applications. This is not a grant program or a request for quotes or proposals, but responsible sources may submit capability statements, proposals, or quotations by the response deadline.
