Psychological Evaluation Services for Child Welfare
The County of Mendocino seeks qualified, licensed mental health professionals or agencies to provide comprehensive psychological evaluation services for children, youth, parents, and caregivers involved in its Family and Children’s Services program. Services include psychological and bonding/attachment evaluations, clinical observations, consultation, written reports, and expert testimony, with assessments that are trauma-informed, culturally responsive, LGBTQ+ inclusive, and available in English and Spanish. The assessments are intended to support child-safety decisions, treatment recommendations, case planning, court decision-making, and permanency outcomes, with appropriate in-person, community-based, or secure telehealth delivery.
