In general, the work consists of: installing sprinkler systems in an approx. 58,000 SF aircraft hangar building. Trench drainage will be installed in one of eight existing hangar PODS and a containment tank will be installed on site as part of the drainage system. Other work involved will include installation of fire pumps, construction of a fire suppression equipment room within the existing building mechanical space, upgrading the existing fire alarm system, adding supplementary structural steel framing to support the new fire suppression systems.
