Description: Provision of general facilities maintenance and painting services. General purpose maintenance services include but are not limited to the repair, replacement or installation of, wood or metal framing, wood handrails, minor concrete work, masonry, ceiling grids, fascia, soffit, plywood, sheetrock, siding, decking, cabinetry, moldings, stucco, door jambs, glass, tile, VCT flooring, drop ceilings and miscellaneous carpentry services that would typically be the replacement of worn boards on boardwalks, piers, overlooks, decking small bridges as well as turnkey remodeling of small areas (2,500sqft or less).
