Provide and install 42 new high-speed spiral roll-up door system, provide and install 10 new industrial roll-up door system.
Description: Provide an exterior overhead door in simulator room 110. Demolish existing exterior metal panels and provide an overhead door in building 4305. Existing building enclosure is insulated metal wall panels mounted to steel tube structure. Modify existing steel tube structural members to accommodate installation of overhead door, motor, and controller. Cut and grind smooth metal angles that will no longer be in use. Provide flashing around exterior-mounted operator to ensure water-tight seal. Flashing to match existing metal panels.
