Provide and Construct One (1) 40' Wide x 60' Long x 18' Tall Tube Steel Building and/or One (1) 60' Wide x 60' Long x 18' Tall Tube Steel Building on Existing Concrete Slab(s).

Description: Smith County Emergency Services District No. 2 seeks proposals to construct a 40-foot by 60-foot by 18-foot tube steel building at Dixie Fire Station No. 71 and a 60-foot by 60-foot by 18-foot tube steel building at Winona Fire Station No. 26. Both structures are to be built on existing concrete slabs and serve as apparatus bays for firefighting equipment and emergency response vehicles. Contractors may propose on either building or both, and the District may award the projects separately or collectively.
