Property Tax Management Software System

Description: The County is seeking information from vendors with production experience in California counties to replace its in-house PTAX property-tax system and ancillary applications. The replacement would support tax-collector functions—including secured, unsecured, and supplemental billing and collection, delinquency, redemption, and tax-defaulted property sales—as well as auditor-controller functions such as roll extension, levy, apportionment, distribution, refunds, and corrections. The requested approach is a vendor-hosted, scalable SaaS system.
