Project Management Consultant Services for Design-Build Services for Station State of Good Repair Work - Package 3 (State) (Request for Proposals)

Description: Seeking to retain the services of a project management consultant (the “Consultant”) to perform Indefinite Quantity Consultant Services for the Underground Storage Tanks (“USTs”) and Environmental Remediation Program (the “Program”) in accordance with a Consent Order executed with New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (“NYSDEC”) in 1992 (as modified from time to time, the “Consent Order”). The Consent Order was renegotiated and executed in May 2001 (see Exhibit 1 attached hereto). The Program’s goal is to investigate and remediate contaminated soil and groundwater caused primarily by petroleum spills from leaking USTs. Consultant shall be retained on an as-needed Task Order basis to provide Technical, Environmental, and Construction Management/Engineering services (the “Services”) for the Program as described in this Technical Scope of Services and as required by the relevant Task Orders. Task Orders shall be solicited and awarded pursuant to the Task Order Process set forth in the Technical Scope of Services.
