Project Development Services Bridge Deck Overlay, Dandy Trail Bridge over I-74, 2 Bridge Replacements, US 136 over Eagle Creek and WB Bridge over I-865

Description: The selected consultant will provide design and plan-development services for construction documents covering a bridge-deck overlay at Dandy Trail Bridge over I-74 and two bridge replacements: US 136 over Eagle Creek and the westbound bridge over I-865. Required services include environmental documentation, permits, public involvement and meetings, topographic survey, bridge design, utility coordination, hydraulic analysis and design, traffic management planning, and construction-phase services. INDOT will provide geotechnical services and pavement designs; wetland mitigation, archaeological and historical/architectural investigations, and subsurface utility engineering may be added if needed.
