The selected consultant will provide design and plan-development services for construction documents covering a bridge-deck overlay at Dandy Trail Bridge over I-74 and two bridge replacements: US 136 over Eagle Creek and the westbound bridge over I-865. The selected firm will prepare design and plan-development work to produce construction contract documents under INDOT standards and the designated letting schedule. The scope includes environmental documentation, permits, public involvement, right-of-way plan development, topographic survey, road and bridge design, hydraulic analysis and design, pavement design services for Des. 2600562, and construction-phase services. Wetland mitigation, archaeological and historical/architectural investigations, and subsurface utility engineering may be added if needed; INDOT will perform geotechnical services, right-of-way buying and real-estate closing, and pavement design for deck overlays and small-structure replacements.
Carver County seeks bids to construct Bridges No. 10557 and 10559, including approach grading, on 150th Street and Maplewood Road over Bevens Creek in Benton and Dahlgren Townships. The work includes removing the existing bridges and building concrete structures with prestressed beams, epoxy-coated reinforcement, piling, and related site work.
