Description: Providing diverse programming, educational opportunities, cultural enrichment, and economic development initiatives that enhance the quality of life for residents and visitors. The City is seeking innovative, experienced, and qualified proposers to partner with the City in programming, managing, operating, and enhancing various components of the MGPAC through this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN). Recognizing that specialized expertise may differ across operational areas, the City has structured this solicitation to allow Proposers to submit qualifications and proposals for one, multiple, or all of the operational components identified herein.
