Program Instructor Application - October 2026 RFP

Description: The City of Avondale Parks, Recreation, and Libraries Department is accepting applications from potential contractors to lead community programs for residents of varied ages, interests, and skill levels. Applicants provide instructor information and experience, availability, references, required forms and credentials, and a separate proposal for each class or program area. Selected instructors work as independent contractors subject to screening and insurance requirements, and receive 70% of program revenue while the City retains 30%.
