Seeking qualified individuals and firms to provide professional planning board attorney services to the township. Attendance at all meetings of the planning board and attendance at other meetings held where the attendance of the board attorney is required; review, analyze and advise the board on any applications before it; writing resolutions for all development applications and render formal legal opinions; provide legal counsel services to staff regarding land use ordinance interpretations and other regulatory matters as requested by the board chairperson or planning administrator.
