Professional Municipal Planning Services (Request for Proposals)

Description: Qualified professional planning consultants or firms to provide comprehensive municipal planning services. The selected consultant will serve as the City's primary planning resource and will work under the direction of the City Administrator or designee in coordination with City staff, the Planning & Zoning Commission, Board of Zoning Adjustment, Board of Aldermen, applicants, residents, and other stakeholders. The City is seeking a consultant capable of providing both current and long-range planning services, including administration and interpretation of the City's land use regulations, development review, meeting support, and proactive implementation of the Frontenac 2050 Comprehensive Plan, adopted in May 2023, and recommendations from the recently completed Business District 3 (BD3) report.
