The City is seeking construction management and inspection (CM&I) services for the Mission Basin Groundwater Purification Facility (MBGPF) Brine Minimization and Production Well Expansion project. The project aims to reduce brine and increase recovered water by adding a third-stage reverse-osmosis train, while increasing groundwater supplied to the facility with a new production well. Associated construction includes the well and related equipment, an emergency generator, and a new 9,000-square-foot building for reverse-osmosis equipment in place of the existing 3,600-square-foot building.
