Building Management System Maintenance *SOLE SOURCE*
1. Remote Support. Contractor will provide remote support to assist with operational and technical problems. The VA will provide a non-continuous remote site to site VPN connection so the Contractor can provide the remote support required by this agreement. 2. Software support. Contractor will provide remote software support to reload software, fix bugs, and to make program updates as is necessary. The VA will provide a non-continuous remote site to site VPN connection so the Contractor can provide the remote support required by this agreement. 3. On-Site Problem determination. Contractor to provide on-site labor to perform problem determination which cannot be accomplished with reasonable assistance from the customer and Contractor phone support. 4. On-Site Labor. Contractor will provide on-site labor to fix problems necessary to maintain the system in good working order. Contractor shall make all necessary repairs, or replacements, or adjustments at Contractor’s discretion. This contract includes 8 hours of emergency after hours service labor per year.
