Product-Origin and Supply-Chain Intelligence Pilot RFP

Description: This RFI is for market research and acquisition planning only, not a solicitation, offer, or commitment to award. The U.S. AbilityOne Commission seeks information on established services that can identify external manufacturer, supplier, foreign-sourcing, and import information and credibly correlate that evidence to specific AbilityOne products. The contemplated bounded pilot would provide decision-relevant information for risk identification without recreating routine Commission, CNA, or NPA processes or replacing the Government’s final legal or compliance determinations.
