Services include storage and fulfillment of approximately 920,000 to 1,000,000 pieces of inventory annually; web-based ordering and inventory tracking; mailing-list processing, CASS, de-duplication and presorting; addressing and labeling; folding, tabbing, gluing, collating, inserting, sealing, metering and manual postage; print/copy on demand; proofs; USPS documentation; and pickup/delivery of publications. The contractor must support Texas State's nonprofit bulk-mail permit, comply with USPS requirements, maximize available postal discounts, provide a dedicated account representative, and generally complete mailing requests within 72 hours.
