Data Center Mechanical Preventative Maintenance Services - (Request for Proposal)
Data center mechanical preventative maintenance services. Planned, unit-specific, periodic predictive or preventative maintenance of data center cooling equipment at numerous campus buildings. Planned elective unit-specific major periodic predictive maintenance, major repair, upgrade work or corrective action. Occasional trouble-shooting or unplanned repair that occurs outside of PM service. Emergency maintenance and repair work. Controls, Safety, and Functional Testing. Work with independent accredited laboratories (Ex: compressor oil sampling and analysis, water treatment analysis, anti-freeze sampling and analysis). Vibration analysis.
