Description: Olivenhain Municipal Water District seeks a qualified consultant to provide preliminary and final design for electrical improvements at the 4S Ranch Water Reclamation Facility, including replacement of the main switchboard (MSB-S), automatic transfer switch, electrical conduit, enclosures, and lighting. The selected consultant should bring water-reclamation-plant process, electrical-engineering, and scheduling, sequencing, and coordination expertise. The consultant is expected to coordinate closely with OMWD staff so their knowledge is captured and integrated as appropriate.
