Preakness Valley Golf Course Maintenance Facility Phase 2 RFP

Description: Constructing a new golf course maintenance facility. This project is the second phase of this work. Base scope contracted herein requires the construction of a new 2-story office building and sitework shall include area of top paving where base course paving installed as part of the earlier phase and areas of full depth paving. Work within this project scope shall be completed in sub-phases as identified within the phasing and staging drawing. Alternate bid items includes a pre-engineered metal building pesticides building, an exterior wash area and chemical fill station, a pre-engineered metal building equipment storage building, final site paving with striping, a resinous flooring system and integral base installed within the equipment building.
