Pre-Advertisement Notice for DWM Peachtree Raw Water Pump Station Project
The City of Atlanta’s Department of Watershed Management seeks qualified progressive design-builder firms through a multi-step sealed-bid process that begins with prequalification and is followed by an Invitation for Bid. The work covers design, pre-construction, and construction for the Peachtree Raw Water Pump Station, including pump rehabilitation or replacement, pump-building and electrical upgrades, and raw-water-main work. Firms must demonstrate relevant water-infrastructure experience, engineering and construction capability, staffing, and the ability to support development of a Guaranteed Maximum Price.
