Pre-Solicitation Notice and Notice of intent to award a sole source contract

Description: The U.S. Embassy in Lome intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Johnson Controls Industries YORK & SABROE for the replacement of compromised and corroded HVAC chiller coils at the U.S. Embassy in Lome, Togo. The work includes field verification, refrigerant recovery and disposal, removal and installation of replacement coils, reconnection of piping, controls, and electrical components, and system testing, with an anticipated three-month period of performance. The notice is not a request for competitive quotations, and inquiries or capability statements must be submitted by email to LomeProcurement@state.gov.
