Pre-Qualification: US 101 Express Lanes Phase 5

Description: Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority is seeking statements of qualifications from prime contractors for the US 101 Express Lanes Phase 5 project. Work will convert existing HOV lanes to express lanes and add a second express lane from the US 101/SR 237 interchange in Sunnyvale to Taylor Road Interchange in San Jose, with associated roadway, barrier, drainage, electrical, and tolling improvements.
