Pre-Qualification of Quantity Surveyors RFP

Description: The City of Vancouver is seeking applications from qualified Quantity Surveyors for independent construction cost-estimating services. The scope includes full-cycle cost estimating, feasibility studies, construction-phase cost monitoring, and change-order review for municipal infrastructure projects under an anticipated three-year standing-offer period.
