PRE-EMPLOYMENT AND DOT/DMV CERTIFICATION MEDICAL EXAMINATIONS, AND REEVALUATION OF JOB DESCRIPTION PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The Sacramento Regional Transit District (SacRT) has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP #2026027) seeking qualified contractors to provide Pre-employment and DOT/DMV Certification Medical Examinations, and Reevaluation of Job Description Physical Requirements services. The selected contractor will conduct pre-employment physicals, DOT/DMV certification exams for commercial driver positions, and reevaluate the physical requirements of job descriptions for SacRT employees and prospective employees. SacRT supports Small Business Enterprises (SBE) and Local Business Enterprises (LBE) and will provide 10% point preferences for SBE participation and 10% for Local Business participation, with a combined 20% preference for bidders meeting both criteria. Proposals must be submitted electronically through SacRT's PlanetBids Vendor Portal by 2:00 PM Pacific Time on Monday, August 10, 2026.
