Pre-Advertisement Notice for Emergency On-Call Debris Removal Services

Description: The City of Atlanta, through the Atlanta Department of Transportation, is preparing a multi-step competitive sealed-bidding procurement for emergency on-call debris removal, snow and ice abatement, obstruction removal, and disaster response services. Contractors will provide labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and qualified operators to clear, haul, process, and dispose of debris, snow, ice, and other obstructions from City roads, bridges, sidewalks, rights-of-way, and other maintained property. Qualified vendors must demonstrate rapid mobilization and required licenses, certifications, insurance, equipment, and supervisory capacity, and the City may award multiple contracts.
