30,000 SF of office space; it shall contain 190 or more workstations, 6 to 8 private “office pods” or “booths” (each of a size sufficient to accommodate one individual), 4 small collaborative spaces (each of a size sufficient to accommodate up to 6 individuals), a commercial lactation pod, and 6 to 8 meeting rooms, with a personnel range of 151-175 individuals when fully operational, and potentially 176-200 individuals to meet future programmatic demands. It shall have a break area/dining area and a shared kitchen area that meet the requirements specified in the PWS. The parking lot or garage shall have a capacity sufficient for all personnel. Within the coworking space, the contractor shall provide a dedicated, private, exclusive fully enclosed office for the operational use of authorized DAF personnel, which meets the security, structural, and other specifications.
