Description: This active Sources Sought notice is a federal procurement market-research notice, not a grant, for the Port of Nome Phase 2-Dredging project in Nome, Alaska; it does not accept bids or offers. The work would establish a new Deepwater Basin and expand the existing Outer Basin, involving approximately 578,000 cubic yards of base dredging to -40 feet MLLW and an optional 346,000 cubic yards to expand the Outer Basin to -28 feet MLLW, with an estimated magnitude of $25,000,000 to $100,000,000. Interested prime contractors must submit a capabilities package of no more than five pages by September 10, 2026, at 2:00 PM Alaska time, and the anticipated contract award date is January 2027.
