Pond Renovation

The project involves the rejuvenation and consolidation of two existing stormwater ponds, including excavation, cleaning, regrading, landscaping, and fencing work to improve stormwater management, site safety, and aesthetics. The work shall include the following tasks: 1. Removal of existing berm. - Remove the existing berm-style wall separating the two stormwater ponds to allow consolidation into a single, larger pond.
