Description: Project includes approximately 529,000 SF industrial/manufacturing facility on a 15-acre site. Tilt-wall concrete construction with structural steel framing and insulated CMU wall systems. Foundations consisting of drilled piers, slabs-on-grade, composite deck slabs, and associated structural concrete. Large-scale manufacturing and warehouse spaces with supporting office areas. Roof system including R-25 insulation and single-ply roofing membrane. Extensive MEP systems including process piping, compressed air, natural gas, domestic water, HVAC, cooling towers, heat exchangers, fire alarm, and fire protection systems. 480V electrical distribution system, site lighting, backup power infrastructure, and telecommunications systems. Site development including grading, utilities, storm drainage, paving, curb and gutter, sidewalks, landscaping, irrigation, fencing, and retaining walls. Overhead doors, storefront systems, hollow metal doors and frames, specialties, finishes, and associated architectural components.
