Invitation to Bid - Police Package SUVs
The City of Cullman is accepting sealed bids for one or more new 2027 or newer Police Package SUVs, Bid No. CB2026-13. Vehicles must meet or exceed the specifications outlined in the official Invitation to Bid. Sealed bids must be received by 2:00 PM on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, at Cullman City Hall, 204 2nd Avenue NE, Cullman, AL 35055. All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked CB2026-13 on the outside. Bids will be publicly opened at 2:00 PM on November 10, 2026, at Cullman City Hall. The City of Cullman reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities or technical irregularities as permitted by Alabama law. The City also reserves the right to consider delivery timelines in determining the award. Complete vehicle specifications, bid requirements, and bidder information forms are included in the official Invitation to Bid. Qualifications: Vehicles must be new, 2027 or newer Police Package SUVs, meeting or exceeding all bid specifications. Successful bidder must obtain required City licenses and/or permits. Special Requirements: The City is requesting bids for one or more new 2027 or newer Police Package SUVs. All proposed vehicles must meet or exceed the specifications contained in the official bid document. Bidders must provide the total bid price per vehicle and the anticipated delivery time following award. The successful bidder will be required to obtain applicable City business licenses and/or permits as required by City ordinances. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder, subject to the terms and conditions of the Invitation to Bid.
