Judicial Center Renovation (Request for Qualifications)
Provide well-qualified firms interested in providing construction manager at risk (cmar) services for the center renovation; review design documents for constructability, sequencing, phasing, logistics, security, access, maintainability and coordination of building systems; develop and maintain a master project schedule identifying design, procurement, permitting, long-lead items, construction phasing, milestones and closeout activities; prepare and update detailed construction cost estimates at appropriate design milestones, reconcile estimates with the project budget and identify cost or schedule risks early; provide value analysis and recommendations intended to improve constructability, cost, schedule, quality and long-term performance without compromising the county's program requirements.
