Provide services for DHS clients under the limited supports waiver. Mental health, behavioral health, psychotherapist evaluations and services including psychiatry, psychology, and counseling; Health care provider support persons including nursing services APRN RN LPN, midwifery, personal care services in specialized institutions, home health assistants; Personal care facilities and services including infant or child daycare and nanny or babysitting and elderly daycare and assisted living services; Social services including foster care, proctor care, residential, transition to adult living, day treatment, adoption, social welfare, child abuse and neglect, immigrant settlement support, case management, and support coordination.
