Plaza Verde Bldg 3 HVAC Replacements (Request for Proposal)

Description: Replacement of all heating and cooling mechanical equipment. Removal and replacement of existing gypsum board ceiling, where required to accommodate new mechanical equipment. Removal and replacement of existing shaft wall construction, where required to accommodate new mechanical equipment. Updated lighting fixtures, where indicated on Drawings. Roof assembly replacement including replacement of parapet coping.
