Planning Consultant Services on as-needed Basis (Request For Proposal)

Description: Provide planning consulting services on an as needed basis. Services shall include, but are not limited to the assistance in the development of administrative procedures pertaining to the Owner's powers and duties for land use in the Tourist District. Services shall include, but not limited to inspections, reporting, abatement oversight, and post-abatement compliance inspections in Atlantic City, New Jersey, as more fully set forth in Section 2, Scope of Services, of this RFP.
