Professional Planning Consultant (Request For Proposal)

Description: The City desires to appoint one or more firms to provide professional planning services which may including, but shall not limited to, drafting land development ordinances, reviewing master plan consistency of land development ordinances, engaging in the iterative processes of redevelopment with fellow City professionals and staff, reviewing applications before the City’s Planning and Zoning boards, attending development review meetings and City Council meetings (as necessary), keeping the City administration current on statewide legislative updates and ensuring consistency with the same.
