Planning Board Attorney (Request for Qualifications)

Description: Provision of planning board attorney services as more particularly described herein. The successful Respondent must have significant experience in providing legal services as Planning Board Attorney to New Jersey municipal planning boards and/or other New Jersey public planning entities. The position requires the Respondent to be a licensed attorney in the state of New Jersey. The Planning Board Attorney shall have such powers and perform such duties as are provided for this office by general law or the ordinances of the Borough. The Planning Board Attorney shall represent the Planning Board in all judicial proceedings in which the Planning Board may be a party or have an interest. The Planning Board Attorney shall give all legal counsel and advice where required by the Planning Board or any member thereof and shall, in general, serve as the legal advisor to the Planning Board.
