Planned Residential Development for People with Disabilities - Disposition of 212 Cochituate Road RFP

Description: The Town of Wayland, acting through its Select Board, seeks development proposals from experienced developers and/or service providers to create shared living accommodations for adults with autism and other intellectual, developmental, and/or physical disabilities. The selected team will design, permit, finance, construct, and operate an attractive, community-based, non-institutional facility on a Town-owned four-acre parcel at 212 Cochituate Road. The open land-disposition and development RFP requires five hard-copy responses by November 12, 2026 at 11:00 A.M.
