The committee will discuss and vote on an amendment to the Annual Town Meeting article regarding an appropriation to substitute playground construction at Happy Hollow School for playground rehabilitation at the Wayland Town Building. Additionally, the agenda includes discussions on Annual Town Meeting articles, presentations, and a potential vote regarding the acquisition of property at 17 Glezen Lane, along with general project and financial updates.

The commission discussed a request from the Wayland Commons Condominium Association to defer billing for usage fees due to construction delays caused by severe weather. The commission reviewed Fats, Oils, and Grease (F.O.G.) mitigation strategies with Alta Oxbow. The monthly financial report included updates on budget status, retained earnings, and projected revenue. Additionally, the status of remaining capacity and potential future service requests from the Town Center were evaluated.

The meeting includes a public health nurse update and consideration of the water source for the Stoneridge Condominiums pool. The board will review a revised draft of regulations regarding the sale of tobacco and nicotine delivery products. Additional agenda items involve updates on the health department permitting system, seasonal camp and pool inspection preparations, new non-septic fee implementations, website updates, household hazardous waste collection results, housing complaint summaries, and performance standards surveys. Furthermore, the board will discuss compliance status for 298 Boston Post Road.
