The scope includes approximately 10,000 square feet of asbestos abatement at the existing CMU backup wall, new insulation/air barrier and brick veneer, approximately 76 aluminum-framed windows, new doors and louvers, and new metal exterior stairs, with an estimated construction cost of approximately $4,014,000. Sub-bids are due August 21, 2026, and general bids are due August 28, 2026 at 12:00 PM, with a mandatory site visit scheduled for August 10, 2026.
