Persen House Exterior Restoration Project RFP

Description: Project includes replacement, repair, and restoration of exterior surfaces and components. Work includes the replacement of the existing shingle roof with new cedar shingles and metal roofing, stone and brick repairs and replacement, as well as replacement, repair, and painting of various exterior wood building components. These components include gutters, shutters, doors, and windows. Planned storm drainage and piping work shall include re-routing of underground storm piping to a drywell. Sidewalk work includes bluestone repairs and modifications to facilitate drainage.
