Description: Historic Restoration General Contractors who specialize in in roof and roof drainage restoration, lead-coated copper flashings, window and door restoration, masonry and concrete restoration, finish carpentry restoration, and the preparation and painting of historic surfaces. The project generally consists of the following: 1. Repair of deteriorated concrete stairs, stone foundations, and retaining walls; 2. Repair of exterior wood siding and trim; 3. Replacement of non-historic obscured glazing with clear glass to improve visibility and security; 4. Improvements to flashing conditions at the vestibule roof; 5. Surface preparation and painting of exterior elements.
